1. Company Information
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by VICE3D (V3D), a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €100, registered under number 982 511 347 with the Trade and Companies Register of Antibes.

2. Scope of Services
VICE3D provides digital content services, including but not limited to 3D animation, visual effects (VFX), and immersive media (AR/VR), offered through custom quotes and invoiced accordingly.

3. Orders and Quotes
All projects are subject to a personalized quote. Work will only begin after written approval of the quote and payment of a deposit, as specified in the quote.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in euros, excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is accepted via bank transfer only and must be made upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may incur penalties in accordance with Article L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code.

5. Delivery Times
Project timelines are provided as estimates. Delays shall not entitle the client to cancel the order or claim compensation unless previously agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of VICE3D until full payment is received. Rights of use or ownership may be transferred only under written agreement or contract terms.

7. Claims and Disputes
Any claim must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery. In case of dispute, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Antibes, France.
